10.35-10.45 – Floor warm up (Controlled)
10.45- 11.00 – Tramp warm up (Controlled)
11.00- 11.30 – Jump drills
11.30- 12.30 – Connection drills
12.30- 13.00 – Lunch
13.00- 13.10 – Floor warm up (Individual choice)
13.10- 13.25 – Tramp warm up (individual choice)
13.25- 14.45 – Individual skill and combination development
14.45- 15.00 – Summary and depart.
